Remote is seeking an Account Executive to join their Sales Team, focusing on SMB clients in the APAC region. This role is a future talent opportunity, designed to connect with potential candidates for strategic growth in 2025 and beyond. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in helping prospective and active customers fully experience Remote's Global HR Platform.
The role involves:
- Creating 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
- Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing as a hunter.
- Maintaining a pipeline of volume-based, high-velocity opportunities.
- Presenting information to potential clients and answering their questions.
- Collaborating with internal departments to support client processes.
- Closing sales deals efficiently and guiding clients through the process.
- Identifying new opportunities and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas.
- Experience selling into ANZ markets is essential, with preference for additional APAC markets.
- Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines.
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and tech stack (LI, Salesforce, Zoominfo, LeadIQ, Outreach, Clari, etc.).
- Business fluency in English is essential, with preference for an Asian language.
