Remote is seeking an Account Executive to join their Sales Team, focusing on the APAC region. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving net new business for Remote, focusing on a pure hunting role.
What this role involves: - Creating 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
- Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Maintaining a clean and current pipeline of high-velocity opportunities.
- Presenting information to potential clients and answering their questions promptly.
- Collaborating with internal departments to support client processes and experiences.
- Closing sales deals efficiently while guiding clients through the process.
- Meeting and exceeding sales quotas based on role level.
- Identifying new opportunities and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Understanding the communication needs of small and mid-sized business customers and designing solutions.
- Self-generating leads through telephone calls, cold calls, networking, and industry events.
Requirements: - Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas.
- Experience selling into ANZ markets is essential, with preference for additional APAC markets.
- Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines.
- Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers.
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and tech stack (LI, Salesforce, Zoominfo, LeadIQ, Outreach, Clari, etc.).
- Previous sales hunting experience or related SaaS sales experience is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of Remote’s services and its position in the industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; business fluency in an Asian language is preferable.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and able to perform under pressure.
- Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
- Customer-obsessed with a clear desire to be in a customer-facing role.
