Remote is seeking an Account Executive to join their Sales Team. This role is a future talent opportunity, designed to connect with individuals for potential openings in 2025 and beyond.Remote is a company that enables businesses to employ global teams by handling payroll, benefits, taxes, and compliance. The Account Executive role is a pure hunting role, tasked with driving net new business for Remote within the APAC region.
What this role involves: - Creating 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
- Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Maintaining a clean and current pipeline of high-velocity opportunities.
- Efficiently presenting information to potential clients and answering questions promptly.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer success.
- Closing sales deals efficiently while guiding clients through the process.
- Meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Identifying new opportunities and managing the entire sales cycle.
- Self-generating leads through various methods like cold calls and networking.
Requirements: - Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects and close deals to achieve sales quotas.
- Experience selling into ANZ markets is essential, and selling to other APAC markets is preferable.
- Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines.
- Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers.
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and the full tech stack (LI, Salesforce, Zoominfo, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of Remote’s services and its position in the industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in an Asian language is preferable.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and customer-obsessed.
