Job Description
Remote is seeking an Account Executive to join their Sales Team. This is a future talent opportunity to connect with Remote as they plan for growth in 2025 and beyond. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving net new business for Remote, focusing on the APAC region. Remote is solving modern organizations’ biggest challenge – navigating global employment compliantly with ease. They make it possible for businesses of all sizes to recruit, pay, and manage international teams.What this role involves:
  • Creating 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing as a hunter.
  • Maintaining a clean and current pipeline of volume-based, high-velocity opportunities.
  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients efficiently.
  • Proactively answering client questions and following up promptly.
  • Collaborating with key departments to support client process, experience, and support.
  • Closing sales deals efficiently while guiding clients through the process.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quota based on role level.
  • Identifying new opportunities and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Understanding the communication needs of small and mid-sized business customers and designing solutions.
  • Self-generating leads through telephone calls, cold calls, networking, and industry events.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas, specifically for net new logos.
  • Experience selling into ANZ markets is essential, and selling to other APAC markets is preferable.
  • Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines.
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills, including the ability to handle complex commercial and pricing objections.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and the full tech stack (LI, Salesforce, Zoominfo, LeadIQ, Outreach, Clari, etc.).
  • Previous sales hunting experience or related SaaS sales experience is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of Remote’s services and its position in the industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; business fluency in English is essential, and fluency in an Asian language is preferable.
