Geneva Trading, a global principal trading firm established in 1999, is seeking an Experienced Discretionary Trader for their Chicago office. The ideal candidate will leverage Geneva Trading's cutting-edge technology to capitalize on market opportunities and scale their existing profitable strategies. The Experienced Discretionary Trader will work within a global team of talented individual traders, utilizing Geneva Trading's state-of-the-art technology. They will also collaborate with a dedicated team of software developers to enhance the platform.

The Role Involves:

• Utilizing industry-leading technology to scale existing profitable strategies.
• Identifying, researching, and exploiting new trading opportunities.
• Adopting a systematic and data-driven approach to trading.
• Contributing ideas and participating in collaborative conversations around market fundamentals and events.
• Working closely with the technology team to fully utilize and enhance electronic trading systems.

Requirements:

• A documented history of profitability in futures trading, with at least 3 years of experience trading futures on CME, ICE and/or Eurex.
• Willingness to adapt to innovative technology and the Geneva Trading culture.
• Exceptional product knowledge, trading methodology, and market insight.
• Self-motivated individual with a competitive personality and a strong drive to succeed.
