Geneva Trading, a premier global principal trading firm, is seeking a Futures Trader specialized in Relative Value (RV) to join their expanding team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will be passionate, committed to excellence, and instrumental in augmenting Geneva's existing futures trading infrastructure through cutting-edge quantitative modeling.This role involves:

• Developing and maintaining relative value trading models for futures markets.
• Designing and executing trading strategies on Geneva's low-latency trading platform.
• Managing global risk metrics for a designated futures trading portfolio.
• Collaborating with Senior Futures Traders to expand Geneva's market presence.

Requirements include:

• A Bachelor’s degree in STEM/Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant trading experience, preferably in futures.
• Deep understanding of futures products and keen market insights.
• A proven history of consistent profitability in trading.
• Advanced computational and quantitative skills.
• A competitive drive and team-oriented mindset.
