Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join their Sales team. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying leads to support Remote's growth in the global employment space.   • Responding to, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them.
  • Clearly communicating Remote's value propositions.
  • Providing support to the Account Executive team.
  • Creating target prospect lists and penetrating key accounts.
  • Cold calling into leads generated by a variety of outside sources.
  • Identifying key players, researching and obtaining business requirements.
  • Proven business development success.
  • Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Knowledge of core sales tools (Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chorus is a plus).
  • Exceptional communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
