Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join their Sales team. This is a future talent opportunity, meaning there isn't an active job opening but a way for talent to connect with the company for future possibilities. The role involves responding to and qualifying outbound leads, sourcing new sales prospects, and communicating Remote's value proposition to potential clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries
  • Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for Account Executives
  • Clearly communicating Remote's value propositions to prospects
  • Providing support to the Account Executive team as needed
  • Creating target prospect lists and penetrating key accounts
  • Cold calling into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources
  • Identifying key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (Knowledge of Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chorus is a plus)
  • Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • Self-starter attitude and proactive approach with new ideas
  • Excellent self-motivation and a diligent work ethic
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
