Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative for the Benelux region. This role is fully remote and focuses on driving sales and supporting prospective and active customers in maximizing the use of Remote's Global HR Platform. The successful candidate will respond to inquiries, qualify leads, and educate prospects about Remote's value proposition.Remote prides itself with it's mission to solve global remote organizations’ biggest challenge: employing anyone anywhere compliantly. Responsibilities include: - Responding to and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries.
- Sourcing new sales prospects and booking appointments for Account Executives.
- Clearly communicating Remote's value propositions.
- Providing support to the Account Executive team.
- Creating target prospect lists and penetrating key accounts.
- Cold calling prospects.
- Identifying key players and presenting solutions.
Requirements include: - Proven business development success using core sales tools (SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha).
- Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and listening skills.
- Strategic and tactical thinking abilities.
- Positive attitude and resilience.
- Self-motivation and a diligent work ethic.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
