Job Description

GoFundMePro is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to contribute to the development and enhancement of its NPO onboarding, reporting, and administrative experiences. The successful candidate will join a team responsible for full-stack development across all phases of the SDLC.

The role involves creating application layers from the database to the user interface, ensuring quality assurance, and maintaining site reliability. The Senior Fullstack Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical debt, improve code quality, and enhance developer efficiency.

The role involves:

  • Building and supporting tools and interfaces for NPO administrators.
  • Participating in the design and implementation of new solutions.
  • Developing clean, maintainable code within a large code base.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Working within an Agile environment as part of a Scrum team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience with frontend and server-side web-based technologies in a cloud-native environment.
  • Experience working with React, Node, TypeScript, and/or PHP.
  • Familiarity with AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, SNS, S3).
  • Proficiency in schema design in relational or NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Experience with code versioning tools (Git/Bitbucket).
  • Experience with automated build/test deployment environments.
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
