This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in financial crime laws and advanced data analysis skills. • Managing and leading a team of analysts.
• Overseeing complex financial crime investigations.
• Utilizing advanced analytics to detect trends and improve fraud detection.
• Promoting adherence to regulatory compliance requirements.
• Acting as the primary liaison with law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
• Continuously evaluating and enhancing financial crime detection and prevention policies.
• Preparing and presenting detailed investigative reports.
• Staying informed on global financial crime trends and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial crime investigations or related fields.
• Fluency in English and one of the following: Spanish, French, German, or Italian.
• Expert proficiency in data analysis tools and transaction monitoring systems.
• Deep knowledge of financial crime laws and regulations.
• Proven leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
