Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join their Sales team, focusing on the Benelux region. This role is pivotal in helping prospective and active customers fully leverage Remote's Global HR Platform.

The Sales Development Representative will report to the Sales Development Leader and will be responsible for generating new sales prospects and qualifying leads for the Account Executive team.

Role Involves:

  • Responding to and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Sourcing new sales prospects and booking appointments for Account Executives.
  • Clearly communicating Remote's value propositions to prospects.
  • Providing support to the Account Executive team.
  • Creating target prospect lists and penetrating key accounts.
  • Cold calling into prospects.
  • Identifying key players, researching business requirements, and presenting solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven business development success using core sales tools (SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha).
  • Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Skillful negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills.
  • Strategic and tactical thinking abilities.
  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain urgency for goals.
  • Self-starter with a diligent work ethic.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
