Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative for the BENELUX region to join their team. This is a future talent opportunity to connect with Remote as they plan for strategic growth.
Remote is solving the challenges of global remote organizations by compliantly employing anyone, anywhere. The Outbound Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in helping prospective and active customers fully experience Remote's Global HR Platform.
Responsibilities:
- Respond, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
- Source new sales prospects and reach out to them to book appointments for Account Executives.
- Clearly communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects.
- Provide support to the Account Executive team as needed.
- Educate and develop prospects, leading to hand-off to sales teams.
- Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
- Cold call into prospects generated by various outside sources.
- Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to begin sales cycle.
Requirements:
- Fluent level of Dutch and English
- Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (Knowledge of SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha)
- Previous experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
- Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
- Able to think strategically and tactically
- Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
- Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
- Self Starter, proactive and brings new ideas to the team
- Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
- Demonstrated success in key responsibilities
