Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join their Sales team. This role is part of their Future Opening pipeline initiative, connecting with talent for strategic growth in 2025 and beyond. As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, the role involves:

  • Responding, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Clearly communicating Remote's value propositions to prospects.
  • Providing support to the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Creating target prospects lists and penetrating key accounts.
  • Cold calling into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources.
  • Identifying key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin the sales cycle.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Fluent level of Dutch and English.
  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (Knowledge of SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha).
  • Previous experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
