Job Description
Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, is seeking a Customer Success Enablement Manager to join their CS Enablement team. This role is based in Tokyo, Japan, and reports to the Director of CS Enablement. The Customer Success Enablement Manager will be responsible for designing tailored training programs, building scalable learning solutions, and localizing global materials for the APJ region, with a focus on Japan.
Responsibilities: - Designing tailored training programs with regional CS leaders
- Building scalable learning solutions, including eLearning, webinars, bootcamps, and documentation
- Expanding onboarding and continuous learning initiatives
- Localizing global materials for APJ, with a focus on Japan
- Measuring success through metrics and KPIs
Requirements: - Fluent in Japanese and English
- 7+ years in Customer Success or Technical Account Management roles
- 5+ years in networking, security, or cloud industries
- Experienced in managing complex enablement projects
- Strong presentation and communication skills
