Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join their team. This role is part of a Future Opening pipeline initiative, designed to connect with exceptional talent in anticipation of strategic growth in 2025 and beyond. The representative will play a crucial role in helping prospective and current customers experience Remote's Global HR Platform.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Clearly communicating Remote's value propositions to prospects and learning about their needs.
  • Providing support to the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Educating and developing prospects, leading to hand-off to sales teams.
  • Creating target prospect lists and penetrating key accounts.
  • Cold calling into prospects generated by various outside sources.
  • Identifying key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Fluent level of Dutch and English.
  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (Knowledge of SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha).
  • Previous experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure.
  • Strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.
  • Self-starter attitude, proactive approach, and ability to bring new ideas to the team.
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
