Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for Western Canada. This remote role involves owning a book of customers, advocating for their needs, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient deployments. The Senior Customer Success Manager will conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews, serving as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve their business objectives and identify opportunities for expansion.
Responsibilities: - Owning a book of customers and championing their needs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quick and efficient customer deployments.
- Conducting monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to ensure business objectives are realized.
- Identifying opportunities for expansion in collaboration with Sales.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., solutions, customer success, technical account management, or solutions engineering).
- 2+ years of fundamental knowledge of technologies such as Cloud Services Architectures & Solutions, Web-based Security, Networking, & Infrastructure Solutions.
- A background in Internet and Security technologies (SWG, Sandboxing, Firewalls, DLP, VPNs, CASB, etc.) is preferred.
- Experience with network transformation technologies (MPLS, SD-WAN, WAN Optimization) is a plus.
