Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join their team, focusing on the Benelux region and France. Remote is dedicated to simplifying global employment for businesses of all sizes. This role is part of Remote's Future Opening pipeline initiative, aimed at connecting with exceptional professionals for strategic growth in 2025 and beyond.
Role Involves:
- Responding to and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries.
- Sourcing new sales prospects and booking appointments for Account Executives.
- Communicating Remote's value propositions to prospects.
- Providing support to the Account Executive team.
- Creating target prospect lists and penetrating key accounts.
- Cold calling into prospects from various sources.
- Identifying key players and presenting solutions to begin the sales cycle.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch OR French and English.
- Proven business development success using core sales tools (SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha).
- Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
