Zscaler is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their Customer Success team. This role is based in Bangalore and focuses on delivering high-impact experiences to customers. The Technical Account Manager will report to the Manager, Technical Account Management, and will be responsible for understanding customer goals, challenges, and technical needs to align with Zscaler solutions and drive satisfaction. They will also build relationships with stakeholders, conduct reviews, and identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will anticipate challenges, provide proactive recommendations, and mitigate risks.Role involves:

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles

  • Experience with protocols such as HTTP, SMTP, FTP, and DNS
