Job Description
Zscaler is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their Customer Success team. The Technical Account Manager will report to the Manager of Technical Account Management and will be responsible for understanding customer goals, challenges, and technical needs to align with Zscaler solutions and drive satisfaction. They will build relationships with stakeholders, conduct reviews, and identify growth opportunities. The Technical Account Manager will anticipate challenges, provide proactive recommendations, and mitigate risks.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Experience with product feature implementations
- Experience with operating systems such as Linux, Unix, and Free BSD
- Experience troubleshooting network issues
- Experience with protocols such as HTTP, SMTP, FTP, and DNS
