Job Description
Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative for the Benelux/France region. This is a future talent opportunity to connect with Remote as they plan for growth in 2025 and beyond. This role involves helping prospective and active customers fully experience Remote's Global HR Platform. The Sales team responds to incoming queries and helps customers understand how to maximize Remote’s full suite of products to meet their employment needs.   • Responding to, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Clearly communicating Remote's value propositions to prospects and learning about their needs.
  • Providing support to the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Creating target prospect lists and penetrating key accounts.
  • Cold calling into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources.
  • Identifying key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin the sales cycle.
Requirements:
  • Fluent level of Dutch OR French and English.
  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha).
  • Previous experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills.
  • Able to think strategically and tactically.
  • Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure.
  • Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.
  • Self-starter, proactive, and brings new ideas to the team.
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
