Job Description
Zscaler is seeking a Principal Professional Services Architect, Data Loss Prevention to join their Professional Services team. This role involves building trusted advisor relationships with customers and delivering tailored Data Protection solutions. The architect will design and execute solutions using Zscaler’s suite of products, including DLP, CASB, Shadow IT, and SaaS integrations. They will also advocate customer needs with cross-functional teams and produce documentation and best practices.
Role Involves:
- Building long-term, trusted advisor relationships with customers
- Designing and executing solutions using Zscaler’s suite of products
- Advocating customer needs with cross-functional teams
- Producing documentation, best practices, and demos
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in network security, professional services, or DevOps
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in Data Loss Prevention (DLP), CASB, and cloud security solutions
- Proven ability with scripting languages, REST APIs, and Linux/Windows systems
