Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative (DACH) to join their Sales team. This role is crucial in expanding Remote's reach in the DACH region by identifying and qualifying leads.   • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects.
  • Provide support to the Account Executive team.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call into prospects from various sources.
  • Identify key players and understand business requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven business development success.
  • Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo (a plus).
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and German.
  • Strategic and tactical thinking abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
