Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative for the DACH region. This is a future talent opportunity to connect with Remote as they plan for growth in 2025 and beyond. This role involves helping prospective and active customers fully utilize Remote's Global HR Platform. The representative will respond to inquiries and help customers understand how to maximize Remote’s suite of products.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Sourcing new sales prospects and booking appointments for Account Executives.
  • Clearly communicating Remote's value propositions.
  • Supporting the Account Executive team.
  • Creating target prospect lists and penetrating key accounts.
  • Cold calling prospects.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Proven business development success using sales tools like SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Lusha.
  • Previous SDR experience in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and listening skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
