Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join their team. This is a future talent opportunity for candidates in the DACH region. Remote is solving global remote organizations’ biggest challenge: employing anyone anywhere compliantly. Remote enables businesses to employ a global team by handling global payroll, benefits, taxes, and compliance.

The role involves:

  • Responding to, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Clearly communicating Remote's value propositions to prospects.
  • Providing support to the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Creating target prospect lists and penetrating key accounts.
  • Cold calling into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources.
  • Identifying key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin the sales cycle.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Fluent level of German and English.
  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha).
  • Previous experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and new ideas.
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
