Job Description
Zscaler is seeking a Senior Staff, Cybersecurity Training And Awareness professional to join their cybersecurity team. This role is remote within Costa Rica and reports to the Director of Security Strategy, Transformation & Vendor Risk Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a comprehensive security awareness program that fosters a culture of security and drives behavioral change across the organization.
Role involves:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining a comprehensive security awareness program
- Creating engaging training materials and sessions
- Developing role-based training materials
- Communicating security policies and requirements effectively
- Implementing a metrics framework to measure program effectiveness
Requirements:
- At least 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT roles
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing security awareness programs
- Experience in collaborating and communicating with stakeholders across all levels and teams in multiple geographies
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and regulations such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC2, DORA, and GDPR
- Experience with phishing simulation tools and e-learning systems
