Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative focused on the DACH region. This is a future talent opportunity to connect with Remote as they plan for strategic growth in 2025 and beyond. This role will be instrumental in helping prospective and active customers fully experience Remote's Global HR Platform.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries.
- Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for Account Executives.
- Clearly communicating Remote's value propositions and understanding prospect needs.
- Supporting the Account Executive team.
- Educating and developing prospects for sales team hand-off.
- Creating target prospect lists and penetrating key accounts.
- Cold calling into prospects generated by various sources.
- Identifying key players, researching business requirements, and presenting solutions.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluent level of German and English.
- Proven business development success using core sales tools (SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha).
- Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Strategic and tactical thinking abilities.
- Positive attitude in the face of challenges.
- Self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic.
