Senior Network Engineer

Job Description

Zscaler is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join its Global Cloud Ops team. This role involves managing IT projects, overseeing network performance, and deploying Zscaler security products. The ideal candidate will have experience in network engineering/operations, creating security policies, and implementing network segmentation.

Role Involves:
• Managing IT projects (network builds, upgrades, migrations)
• Overseeing network performance and resolving issues
• Maintaining Aruba Wi-Fi across corporate offices
• Addressing tickets in the IT Network queue
• Deploying and managing Zscaler security products
• Administering DNS infrastructure
• Generating and managing digital certificates
• Collaborating on Zero Trust Architecture projects

Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in Infrastructure, Network Engineering/Operations
• Deep knowledge of network protocols, topologies, and architectures
• Strong Routing & Switching configuration experience (Arista/Juniper/Cisco)
• Experience in creating internal and external DNS records and managing DNS zones
