Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative for the DACH region. This is a future talent opportunity to connect with professionals for potential roles in 2025 and beyond. Remote is focused on solving global remote organizations’ biggest challenge: employing anyone anywhere compliantly, by handling global payroll, benefits, taxes, and compliance.

The role involves being part of the Sales team, helping prospective and active customers fully experience Remote's Global HR Platform. The team responds to incoming queries and helps customers understand how to maximize Remote’s full suite of products to meet their employment needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and reach out to them to book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Clearly communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects.
  • Support the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams.
  • Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call into prospects generated by variety of outside sources.
  • Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions.

Requirements:

  • Fluent level of German and English.
  • Proven business development success using sales tools (SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha).
  • Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and listening skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation.
