Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their Sales team, focusing on the SEMEA region. As an SDR, the individual will play a crucial role in helping prospective and active customers fully experience Remote's Global HR Platform.Remote values diversity and inclusion, fostering a sense of belonging for all employees.   • Respond to and qualify inbound leads and outbound inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects.
  • Provide support to the Account Executive team.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call into prospects generated by various sources.
  • Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven business development success using sales tools (SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha).
  • Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strategic and tactical thinking abilities.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Native Italian with fluency in English and Spanish.
