Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join their Sales team. This remote position, focusing on the SEMEA region, involves generating qualified leads and supporting Account Executives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.Remote's Sales team helps prospective and active customers experience the Global HR Platform, responding to queries, and teaching how to maximize Remote's suite of products.
Responsibilities: - Respond to and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
- Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
- Communicate Remote's value propositions and identify customer needs.
- Support the Account Executive team as needed.
- Educate and develop prospects for hand-off to sales teams.
- Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
- Cold call into prospects, identifying key players and presenting solutions.
Requirements: - Proven business development success using sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
- Previous SDR experience in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and listening skills.
- Strategic and tactical thinking abilities.
- Positive attitude and resilience.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Native Italian proficiency with fluency in English and Spanish.
