Job Description
Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, is seeking a Deputy Manager for Record to Report Transformation. This role involves actively contributing to various Record to Report transformation initiatives, working with global teams to optimize and automate processes, and institutionalizing business process knowledge.
The Role Involves:
- Understanding, documenting, and implementing consistent end-to-end R2R processes.
- Identifying and prioritizing automation/process improvement opportunities.
- Assisting in building a transformation roadmap.
- Mapping controls to processes and supporting review of key risks.
- Developing and delivering process and system training.
- Working with business and IT teams to gather requirements and drive design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 6 - 8 years of experience in supporting record to report policies, processes, controls, and related technology.
- Knowledge of record to report processes.
- Experience in successful implementation of tools and technology supporting finance processes and data.
