Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join their Sales team. The role focuses on helping prospective and active customers fully experience Remote's Global HR Platform. As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, individual will respond to incoming queries and educate customers on how to maximize Remote’s full suite of products to meet their employment needs.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
- Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
- Communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects.
- Provide support to the Account Executive team as needed.
- Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
- Cold call into prospects to identify key players and present solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven business development success using core sales tools.
- Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
- Skillful negotiation and persuasive communication abilities.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with excellent listening skills.
- Strategic and tactical thinking abilities.
- A positive attitude when facing criticism, rejection, or failure.
- Strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and new ideas.
- Native Italian proficiency with fluency in English and Spanish.
