Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join its team. This role is crucial in helping prospective and active customers fully experience Remote's Global HR Platform.

The Outbound Sales Development Representative will report to the Manager, Outbound Sales Development and will be part of the Sales team. The role involves responding to and qualifying outbound leads, sourcing new sales prospects, and clearly communicating Remote's value propositions.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
  • Source new sales prospects and reach out to them to book appointments for Account Executives
  • Clearly communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects and learn about their needs
  • Provide support to the Account Executive team as needed
  • Educate and develop prospects, leading to hand-off to sales teams
  • Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Cold call into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources
  • Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to begin sales cycle

Requirements:

  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (Knowledge of SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha)
  • Previous experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
  • Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
  • Able to think strategically and tactically
  • Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
  • Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
  • Self-starter, proactive, and brings new ideas to the team
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • Native Italian is required with a fluency of English and Spanish
