Senior Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis

Job Description

Zscaler is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to join its FP&A Business finance team. This role involves providing financial analysis, supporting the sales team with key metrics, building financial models, and developing business modeling and financial processes. The Senior Manager will also coach analysts and collaborate with leadership on financial strategies and reporting.

Responsibilities:
• Providing concise financial analysis to senior management.
• Supporting the Sales team with key financial metrics.
• Building scenario-based financial models.
• Developing business modeling and financial processes.
• Coaching analysts and collaborating with leadership.

Requirements:
• Master's degree in finance, Economics, Strategy, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in the HiTech Industry or in SaaS/Technology field.
• Knowledge of Tableau and Structured Query Language or other comparable visualization tool.
• Experience leading a team of 5+ analysts.
• Proficiency in salesforce, Adaptive insights, NetSuite, Exactly, Clari and/or other comparable software systems (preferred).
• Flexibility to work U.S. time for business/team meetings (preferred).
