Clara, a leading spend management platform in Latin America, is seeking a Junior Inbound Sales Associate to join its team in Brasil. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, disciplined, and highly adaptable, with a strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills.

The Junior Inbound Sales Associate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by qualifying and closing opportunities from inbound leads. This individual will manage a substantial portfolio of accounts, prioritize key clients, and engage potential customers through various channels, including CRM email sequences, WhatsApp campaigns, and cold calling. Collaboration with the sales team and proficiency in CRM systems are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve, qualify, and close opportunities from Inbound leads.
  • Negotiate basic terms with small and medium-sized clients.
  • Manage a massive portfolio of accounts and prioritize the largest companies.
  • Reach out to potential customers in bulk through CRM.
  • Utilize CRM tools for effective lead management.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the sales team.

Requirements:

  • English intermediate required (at least)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Hubspot is desirable).
  • Expertise in lead management and nurturing through campaigns.
  • Ability to generate and analyze sales reports.
  • 2 years of experience in Sales as SDR or Sales associate.
