Zscaler is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join their Central European Sales Engineering team. This is a remote-friendly position where the candidate will report to the Sales Engineering Manager. Zscaler is a cloud security company that helps businesses accelerate digital transformation. The company's Zero Trust Exchange platform protects enterprises from cyberattacks and data loss.This role involves:
  • Presenting the Zscaler cloud security platform to prospective customers
  • Setting the vision and translate goals into enticing and relevant recommendations
  • Being the trusted advisor to our clients while aiding their transformational journey
  • Gathering customer technical requirements and promote the value proposition in presentations and demos with prospects and customers.
Requirements for this role include:
  • More than 8 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or systems integrator
  • Knowledge of enterprise network or cloud security technologies
  • Experience working with Value Selling Methodologies
  • Experience working with sales to identify, qualify and scope opportunities, build account and territory plans, and deliver proof of concept engagements to convert opportunities into technical victories
  • Fluent in German
  • Cloud Platform Certifications (preferred)
  • Experience in: SASE, Proxy technology, Cybersecurity, IPS, DLB, CASB, CNAPP (preferred)
  • Experience working with large accounts (preferred)
