Zscaler is seeking a Senior Sales Engineering Manager to join their Central European team. This role is remote-friendly and reports to the Senior Sales Engineering Director. Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, is dedicated to making the cloud a safe and enjoyable place for businesses. The ideal candidate will oversee the pre-sales process, manage the sales engineering team, and develop strong relationships with customers, advocating for their needs within Zscaler's product development teams.
Responsibilities: - Overseeing the pre-sales process and ensuring successful engagements with prospects and customers.
- Managing the sales engineering team and ensuring employee satisfaction.
- Developing high-performing technology account teams.
- Working with commercial customers to transform their network, security, and application access using Zscaler's technology.
- Serving as a trusted advocate for customers to internal product development teams.
Requirements: - At least 6 years of Sales/Systems Engineering or Solution Architect management experience in a SaaS/Cloud environment.
- At least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional pre-sales teams.
- Experience working with account executive leadership and system engineering teams to define technical account plans.
- Desire to expand knowledge in Zscaler's technology fields.
- Experience building relationships with clients and partners.
- Leadership experience and ability to manage through change.
