Job Description
Zscaler is seeking a Manager, Renewals to join their team in Japan. This role involves managing renewals, identifying opportunities for increased ARR, and delivering business reports to Sales Management. The ideal candidate will have experience with ISP Channel partners and a solid understanding of a channel-centric go-to-market approach.
Responsibilities:
- Documenting renewals activities in Salesforce.
- Preparing accurate reports and forecasts.
- Managing pipeline.
- Carrying a quota for Renewals and uplift/upsell revenue.
- Managing all renewals and working with Customer Success.
- Delivering quarterly business reports to Sales Management.
- Participating in calls into existing customers and channel partners.
Requirements:
- Experience with ISP Channel partners.
- 1-2 years in SaaS renewals.
- Good understanding of Security fundamentals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Japanese plus good business English.
