Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

Job Description

Zscaler is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join their IT Business Apps team. The successful candidate will report to the Director, CRM & PRM Applications, and will be responsible for capturing requirements, defining designs, and managing design activities for Sales/Experience Cloud implementations. They will collaborate with teams to deliver solutions, support UAT, and drive system enhancements. The candidate will also create business processes, analyze workflows, define requirements, and design data models, documenting solutions with detailed business and technical information.

Role involves:

• Capturing requirements from users for SFDC Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Defining and leading requirements for Sales/Experience Cloud.
• Collaborating with teams to deliver solutions and support UAT.
• Creating business processes and designing data models.
• Troubleshooting production issues and resolving operational challenges.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of IT experience in complete software development life cycle.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience on Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud platform.
• Experience in driving system implementation, agile project management and data flow.
• Experience on implementing top of the funnel processes such as lead management, account management and partner relationship management.
