Job Description
Zscaler is seeking a Staff Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to optimize its Salesforce platform and improve provisioning processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, reporting to the Director, Digital Transformation - Provisioning.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Guiding and validating the configuration and customization of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Streamlining and automating provisioning workflows across Salesforce and Zscaler platforms.
- Serving as a liaison between business teams and technical developers.
- Using Salesforce and Tableau reporting and analytics tools to monitor provisioning workflows.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce-focused roles, with expertise in Sales Cloud and SaaS provisioning or order management workflows.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (custom objects, fields, workflows) and automation of provisioning processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Advanced degree or Salesforce certifications (preferred).
