Job Description

Zscaler is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join its Strategy & Planning team. This role will report to the Manager- Technical Program Management and will be responsible for leading Digital Employee Experience and Infrastructure Projects. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and deliver projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives. They will collaborate with stakeholders and teams to deliver integrated digital solutions and develop and implement change management strategies.Role involves:

• Leading Digital Employee Experience and Infrastructure Projects
• Collaborating with Stakeholders and Teams
• Developing and Implementing Change Management Strategies
• Coordinating and Tracking Project Performance
• Documenting and Communicating Project Progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 8+ years as a Technical Program Manager managing employee experience and infrastructure operations projects
• Proven track record in delivering complex technical projects within scope and timelines
• Expertise in project management tools (Jira, Asana), SDLC, Agile methodologies
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Change management experience to guide end-users through technology transitions
