Senior Technical Program Manager, GTM

Job Description

Zscaler is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, GTM to join its IT Strategy & Planning team. This role is based in Escazu, Costa Rica, and requires a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days per week in the office. The Senior Technical Program Manager will report to the Manager of Program Management.

The Senior Technical Program Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects related to GTM business applications. They will collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure seamless integration and alignment of GTM technology initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex technical projects related to GTM business applications.
• Collaborate closely with key business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among different teams.
• Create project documentation, including executive level communications, dashboards, project plans and status reports.
• Enable annual planning, prioritization and visibility to all initiatives throughout their full lifecycle.
• Conduct portfolio reviews with the Governance Board and provide reporting on overall performance of the portfolio.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, with a strong experience in managing projects related to GTM preferred
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope using project management tools, e.g. SDLC, Agile and Jira
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
