Job Description
Zscaler is seeking a People Services Specialist to join their People & Culture team. This role is based in a hybrid capacity at the Paris, France office. The People Services Specialist will focus on providing a frustration-free employee experience through operational excellence and timely inquiry management.
The role involves:
- Operating as the primary resource for employee requests through the internal ticketing system (ServiceNow).
- Managing daily administration of employee data in the internal HRIS and various support systems.
- Supporting cross-functional programs between operations, payroll, and internal P&C teams.
- Assisting in the transformation of the People Ops department through project-based initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience and knowledge of HR administration management in France, according to labor law regulations.
- Experience with managing employment documentation, overseeing leave management, and supporting employee lifecycle processes and queries.
- Experience in managing employment lifecycle data changes in an HR system (Workday preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
