Senior Program Manager, Benefits Transformation

Job Description

Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Benefits Transformation to join their People and Culture team. This individual contributor role will focus on architecting efficient and scalable benefits processes to enhance user experience for a global workforce. The Senior Program Manager will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to execute projects that improve benefits programs and systems.Responsibilities:

• Detailing current processes and developing new ones.
• Leading transformative projects to achieve strategic and financial goals.
• Understanding the P&C landscape and aligning it with the organization's strategic direction.
• Supporting requirement definition, business design, usability design, and end-user testing.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of project management experience driving HR and/or Benefits transformation.
• In-depth knowledge of benefits and operations.
• Experience structuring and scoping complex problems.
• Experience partnering with IT groups for HR tools deployment.
• Experience deploying benefits-specific vendors and tools (preferred).
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects (preferred).
• Champion better user experience (preferred).

The role is based on a hybrid model in San Jose, CA, Seattle, WA, or New York, NY, requiring in-office presence three times per week.
