Zscaler is seeking a Senior Manager, People Analytics to lead their People Analytics team. This role involves translating strategic needs into operational excellence, collaborating with senior HR leadership and cross-functional teams, and driving metrics-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable managing competing priorities.

Role involves:
  • Translating strategic priorities into key People analytics, insights, and dashboard solutions.
  • Collaborating with senior HR leadership, IT, Finance, and cross-functional teams.
  • Leading the Tableau dashboarding team and People Analytics consultants.
  • Owning accountability for tracking and evolving KPIs.
  • Balancing change management challenges with innovative solutions.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years (or 5+ years with advanced degree) of experience in People/HR functions.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau.
  • Experience leading operational and change management initiatives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a forward-focused mindset.
