Vimeo is seeking an Engineering Manager to join its Central Customer Solutions team. This person will play a crucial role in crafting bespoke solutions for Vimeo's enterprise-level clients. The Central team within Enterprise Solutions focuses on delivering high-impact solutions that address the unique needs of Vimeo's largest and most demanding customers. They work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to design, build, and deploy integrations, security enhancements, and content management tools that elevate the Vimeo experience for enterprise users.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience successfully leading and managing engineering teams
  • Deep understanding of software engineering principles, architectural patterns, and development methodologies
  • Ability to analyze complex customer needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience managing complex technical projects
  • Experience with GCP, PHP, React, MySQL, and Redis
