The ideal candidate will manage a growing software engineering team and ensure performance, security, and cost optimization. This role involves reviewing architecture and code, creating quality processes, and collaborating with QA, Product Management, and Support teams.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience, with 3+ years in managing engineering teams
• Experience in databases, cloud, or distributed domains
• Experience in developing and managing large-scale distributed systems in C
• Experience in architectural and design guidelines, code reviews, and release processes
• Experience working with QA, Product Management, and Support teams
• Experience with Unix/Linux based solutions (preferred)
• Experience in developing database systems and compilers (preferred)
• Experience with design/architectural patterns and automation platforms (preferred)
