Job Description
HyperionDev, a leading provider of accelerated tech education, is seeking a Head of Brand and Product Marketing to lead branding and product marketing initiatives across its education technology offerings and Longdue’s upcoming video game projects. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on creative direction, overseeing brand storytelling, campaign ideation, and go-to-market planning across two distinct brands.
Responsibilities: - Build and refine the HyperionDev brand architecture.
- Lead the product marketing team to understand customer insights.
- Lead end-to-end development of cross-channel campaigns.
- Lead creative ideation sessions and set the vision for campaign storytelling.
- Conduct ongoing market and audience research.
- Act as the central creative lead for the studio team.
- Partner with admissions, product, careers, and game development teams.
- Oversee content marketing efforts for both performance and brand campaigns.
- Plan and execute brand activations, roadshows, and events.
- Hire, manage, and mentor a growing team of marketers, copywriters, and designers.
Requirements: - Minimum 7 years of marketing experience in brand management and product marketing.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale consumer marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and PR strategies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience with project management tools and agile methodologies (preferred).
- Management of external suppliers, agencies, and freelancers (preferred).
- Experience with content calendars and scheduling tools (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills (preferred).
