Job Description

Prodigal, a company reshaping consumer finance with its Intelligence Engine, is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to advocate for customers and drive their success. The CSM will manage the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to retention, ensuring an exceptional user experience.

Role Involves:

  • Leading the customer journey and ensuring an exceptional user experience.
  • Building a deep understanding of customer businesses and desired outcomes.
  • Driving growth and retention through strategic account management.
  • Championing the customer voice within Prodigal.
  • Fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure customer ROI.
  • Managing contract renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in a customer-facing role with North American customers, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Implementation Specialist, or similar role within a high-growth, startup B2B SaaS company.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and devise innovative solutions.
  • Self-driven with a creative approach to drive adoption and customer loyalty.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of building customer relationships.
  • Comfortable in client-facing interactions with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams.
  • A problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to work US hours (until 4:30 pm US Eastern Time).
