Job Description

Seyond, a global provider of image-grade LiDAR technology, is seeking a Head of Business Development to drive strategic growth and market expansion. The ideal candidate will be a domain expert in intelligent sensors, passionate about bringing new technology to market, and adept at cross-functional collaboration.

Role Involves:

  • Developing and implementing business development strategies.
  • Identifying and evaluating new market opportunities.
  • Leading lead generation campaigns and sales enablement efforts.
  • Building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
  • Leading and mentoring the business development team.
  • Setting revenue targets and driving initiatives to achieve them.
  • Reporting on business development progress to executive leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business administration, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, Technical Sales, Product Management, or Subject Matter Expert roles.
  • 5+ years' experience leading a team.
  • Strong connection with major integrator/partner in the area.
  • Understanding of intelligent sensors, smart hardware, and solution market.
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive results and close deals.
