Seyond, a global provider of image-grade LiDAR technology, is seeking a Head of Business Development to drive strategic growth and market expansion. The ideal candidate will be a domain expert in intelligent sensors, passionate about bringing new technology to market, and adept at cross-functional collaboration.
Role Involves:
- Developing and implementing business development strategies.
- Identifying and evaluating new market opportunities.
- Leading lead generation campaigns and sales enablement efforts.
- Building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
- Leading and mentoring the business development team.
- Setting revenue targets and driving initiatives to achieve them.
- Reporting on business development progress to executive leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business administration, or related discipline.
- 10+ years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, Technical Sales, Product Management, or Subject Matter Expert roles.
- 5+ years' experience leading a team.
- Strong connection with major integrator/partner in the area.
- Understanding of intelligent sensors, smart hardware, and solution market.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive results and close deals.
